They certainly do. Well, Japanese food anyway. I was introduced to teppan-yaki in Berlin (http://www.daitokai.de/english/whatisteppan.htm), and enjoyed it v. much. I enjoy good fresh sushi too – there are some good sushi bars in Cologne I could recommend, too … Haven’t sampled Letz here in Copenhagen yet, though.
