it is actually a community of word of mouth campaigns you can subscribe to.
you get “points” and you can refer your friends.
two points for the innovative community of word of mouth. Two minus’es for normal grafs of how to reach your consumers and have your product marketed. and the pictures and very commercial design…
but I guess it can be used for commercial use, but also political lobbyism and grassroot participation
