It&#039;s interesting though... and the same to say that women should have their own networks because they communicate differently... 

big surprise ! - there is difference between man and woman - but to look at individuals instead of generalizing women and men.. is far more interesting *s*</description>

		<description>Right on.  I am all for more women being on panels etc etc but  I dont subscribe to the &quot;separate but equal&quot; rule.  I cant answer why women seem to be more competitive with each other - I think this may not be true we just compete differently than men(verbally), but I hate it too.</description>
