How awake is you inner noise ninja ? – I think mine is constantly present and very trained in separating noise from “marketing”.
There’s a lot of noise to go around these days – from newsletters and snailmails ( that you can’t seem to unsubscribe from) to phone calls from newspaper sellers, to facers on the street (or followers as I would call them these days – because nomatter how uncomfortable it is to you – they literally walk with you to convince you to support their NGO).
Actually this is a problem for me. And what resulted in an inner noise ninja attack from my side. A noise ninja attack is happening inside of me when I am exposed to too much noise.
it’s when a “salesperson” though I politely say “no – I don’t want to buy your product” – keeps on pushing and pushing.
so here’s the story:
I like NGO’s because they are (most of the time) made to do good. I am supporting a great deal of them – and has also been volunteering in many NGO’s to make a difference (mainly because – deep down I really want to save the world).
the other day a Unicef facer ( or follower) chatted me up on the street and kept talking, even though I told him that I allready supported various NGO’s and that I wasn’t interested. But he didn’t seem to get the message. He asked me ” why not support another one” – and I politely told him that it was my own business whom I supported and it was my own choice what I was to do with my money.
After 50 meters I felt cornered – and my inner noise ninja started kicking and fighting to get out of me.
It resulted in the sudden outburst; “if you don’t stop following me around I swear I will never support Unicef again”.
I would never have said that myself – but being exposed too much noise – I guess no one can tell how they would react being cornered.
KIIIYAAAH!

This is a part of a slightly “not-blogged” version of me. I love crafting. when Sabine (who got it from Camilla who got it from Bibbi) wrote about a “pay it forward” concept – I decided to be a part of it =)
here’s the rules:
I will send a handmade gift to the first 3 people who leave a comment on my blog requesting to join this PIF exchange. I don’t know what that gift will be yet and you may not receive it tomorrow or next week, but you will receive it within 365 days, that is my promise! The only thing you have to do in return is pay it forward by making the same promise on your blog.
so if you want to have a genuine Henriette Weber in your house – please comment here =)

I am a happy woman these days. I “sparkle” people say. I have a smile on my face and I hold my head up high, I am dancing to manu chao and my back is hurting for jumping to much on the trampoline. For the first time ever I am truely in love with myself. I think that’s a really important thing for me – more crucial than I would have thought. I have trained to feel like a goddess – and it might sound stupid – but people – it works !
I am working on changing this blog to more outbursts instead of large blogposts =)
I have stopped being around people that are unchangeable and whom, on the contrary wants me to change everything about myself. Im not going to. Stop.
I am strongest being myself.
I am no longer doing any active salesbusiness for Toothless Tiger.
It has always been a playground for me – and will always be – clients will come because of interest and common ground – not by salesforce.
I have several cases that shows I am good at what I am doing – and I am really good at “not making companies look like asses online”. (thanks Peter- I use that one frequently).
I have two vacant weeks before I am starting my new job at FDIH as a project manager doing conferences and events. This I have filled up with more work with one of my favorite clients- even though I would rather call André a strategic and creative playmate.
I am working with Laura Kiralfy on a project that excites me – and you will know more about later – it’s something completely different, yet still the same.

In all this jaiku fuzz another springs to my attention – my good friend Andre Ribeirinho (amongst others) launches Adegga – a social wine discovery site/community. I have been a member of the closed beta since reboot 9 where andré introduced the concept and gave me an invite.

the interesting part for me – is that I don’t know that much about wine. I drink it occassionally (sometimes to much at the time=) but I don’t taste wine like “wine people”.
Anyway I have lots to learn in there – and I am probably the one with the worst taste in wine – and I feel like I am the laughing stock of the community – but I am trying.. and to me – honestly – cheap wine from germany ain’t that bad.
So I am looking forward to the education – and to taste all those wonderful wines =)
you can see more on the official release from the Adegga team – congrats guys – you’re gonna change wine industry I am sure – at least you allready have for me =)
I have 10 invites if someone is interested – drop me a comment =)
